ILR Related Questions and Support

Post by haggenjm » Tue Jul 25, 2023 3:38 pm

Hi all,

Me and my family are applying to ILR (Tier 2, 5-year route). Given the large amount of the fees for us all (£7,212), I would like to split the online payment between two cards, as don't have enough limit in a single card.

Is this possible? what alternative methods are accepted? I just want to be sure I won't run into payment issues as have to apply very close to end of my current visa to be after 59 month period.

Many thanks

SET(O) - Tier 2 (5-year) Question Select a category

Post by haggenjm » Tue Jul 25, 2023 3:44 pm

Hi,

I'm applying following 5 years under a Tier 2 (General) visa. The SET(O) online form ask the following question:

In which Tier 2 migrant category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain?
Alternatives:
-Skilled Worker
-Tier 2 Minister of Religion
-International Sportsperson

It does not offer the Tier 2 (General) alternative. I presume the answer should be Skilled Worker, but wanted to confirm.

Many thanks,

Tier 2 General has been renamed Skilled Worker, so this is what you select.

You cannot split the payment across two cards.

You either all apply on the same form and pay once, or you apply on one form and your dependents apply on another to pay twice.
