Spouse Visa for married partner of UK Citizen FULL TIME EDUCATION

Hi

If I am Full Time Student - UK home Student with Student Loan/Maintenance Loan,

do I still need to meet 18000/year requirement? if so then how? as Full time students are generally not expected to be working Full Time while studying.

I wonder if 18000/year requirement do not apply to UK National/Home Students sponsoring SPOUSE VISA?

can someone please clarify?

There is no exception. You need to meet the £18,600pa income requirement or substantial savings to sponsor a spouse.
