Refferee

Post by siedlik » Sat Jul 29, 2023 6:59 pm

Hello,

Would it be alright to put my sister's husband's brother as a referee?
Does it make him relative to me or something?

If I can't put my brother in law brother as a referee, can I put a British person over 25 years that is not a professional person as a 2nd referee?

No, you cannot use any family member.

A relative is anyone related to you through marriage or through blood.

Find another referee.

You need ONE referee of any nationality who is a profession as per the UKVI list.

Your SECOND referee must be British and over 25.
