ILR Application Date

Hi All,

Need your help to understand, which date should be used for ILR Application submission.

Visa Stamping- 21st Sep'18( Valid for 1 month)
Date of Arrival- 30th Sept'18
BRP Issue date-14th Oct'18

My understanding is 28 days before 21st Sept'18, I can submit ILR application but while filling ILR application, only date of entry - 30th Sept is requested in Application form.

Can i still submit application 28 days before 21st Sept?

What visa route are you on?

Rules differ for different types of visas.

Tier 2 skilled visa

(first visa issue date plus 5 years minus 28 days) will be the earliest date you will be eligible for ILR.
Your eligibility has nothing to do with the date of arrival you enter on the application. That is not relevant at all

You can submit application from 24th August 2023 till the expiration date of current BRP.
