professional referee for child below 18 years

Could you please clarify on it :- I tried to get a professional referee who has engaged with the children in a professional capacity, such as their teachers and GP. Unfortunately, neither the teacher nor The GP were willing to share their personal details as a referee.

Can we not use the same professional standing person used for Adult?

This is a perennial question. HO aware of difficulties in getting that requirement for children.
Use the same foe adult so far the referee knows the child.
