Expired Arc Card

Hi,

I’m trying to help my husband renew his ARC card. He needs it in order to sit his A1 language certificate as it’s his only acceptable form of ID. I’ve filled in the online submission which states it has a 28 day turnaround. It’s been in excess of this and nothing so I redid the form around two weeks ago, but still nothing. Has anybody had any experience of waits time for a simple renewal?
