switching employer - Already paid IHS

Hi, I recently came to UK on 2 years cheff visa, unfortunately, I have to switch employer as I am having problems with current employer.. I have arranged new employer.. I came through a 3rd party agency and paid my IHS to them who then paid IHS from their own account.. my question is: can I ask home office to transfer my current IHS which I paid to new visa (which I am going to switch to).. or do I have to pay new IHS for switching employer..

As the previous visa was issued, you will need to pay new IHS for new visa you are going to apply for.
