COS starting and ending dates are 3years 2months. What option I have to choose 3years or more than 3years in visa appli?

I received cos from my employer states that COS stating and ending date are 15 September 2023 and ending date is 15 November 2026.

When I filling my visa application what option should I choose 3years or more than 3years?

It really confusing because two types of length In visa 3 or 5 years. But my dates in my cos is 3years 2months. Please suggestions which should I got 3years or more than 3years ?
