Regarding police complaint

Post by yaseengani » Tue Aug 29, 2023 6:25 pm

Hi
My daughter has ILR and turned 18 a month ago. Unfortunately as a single parent ( her mom settled in India, Indian citizen and seperated ) have a very difficult relationship with her . A couple of weeks ago things turned ugly at home, I had to call the police to report my daughter's violent behaviour. The police came to the house, we were interviewed and the problem was informally mediated and never had to go to police station. The cop said she will arrange for some support for both of us to improve relationship. The police then said that as I had registered a case they will have to log this in the records and took my daughter name , address, date of birth.
I am just worried if this needs to be highlighted in application ?
Please advice
Thank you
Now my worries is will this have to be highlighted in the application 😢.

No issues as there were no charges
