Visa Approved with incorrect fee

Hi, I recently got approval for a skilled Worker Visa for 4 yeasrs however I had only submitted application fee for 3years and IHS payemnt for 4 years. Through forum I came to know they will send email requesting additional payment request however i never received any such thing. instead I received a 4 year visa approval. Why have they done so? Should I notify them of this or if not will there be any issues later on? Can anyone please help?
