Partner route ILR INCOME

Hi all
I have question regarding Spouse visa Settlement inside Uk.
If someone Sole trader Self Employed and applying for ILR August 2023 what sort of income need to show, which year statement or Tax return need to show. As my tax return will be ready for 2022-2023 in April.
Do I need to only submit from April2022to April 2023 what about upcoming months april to august 2023. How many bank statements and which category it will be, guide pls

You need to provide the latest self-assessment which is April 2022-23 or the rely on the average income of the last tow tax years. All information is provided in the official guide under category G or F.

I understand about self assement from April 22 to April 2023 including bank statement.
What about afterward from April2023 to August 2023 do I need to also show that period of bank statements.

No but you should demonstrate that your work (the source of the declared income) is ongoing. I repeat: read the guide :!: :!:

Not required as the latest self assessment is what is used.

Hi I am in the process to apply for ILR under Flrm Route
If anyone can tell me as I am self employed and showing my recent year Accounts.
I am little bit confuse what is the name of the company ? I work as a private hire minicab driver work for Uber bolt etc so which company or bussiness name and address shall I fill.

As a self employed will it be my detail like name and address or Uber address and phone number.
If anyone guide me.

Self-employed people may choose to operate under a business name (as sole traders) or just under their own name. If you have no business entity, YOU are trading under your own name. So in a way, YOU are the business entity. Do not get confused, the form is NOT asking the details of the businesses you are contracting for like Uber, etc
