Switching Visa to Care

Hi All,

Currently I am on Tier-2 Skilled worker Visa on IT Sector. Now I want to switch it to supporting care as I have some issue with current sponsor. since they were not running my payroll since a year. if I apply for new sponsorship with care sector, whether this last year will be added to ILR or not? Can you please suggest on this.

Just for clarity- your current sponsor has not paid you for a year? Is that correct?
