Hi I’m Sai. I’m applying for an FLR spouse route extension. My partner is having Indefinite Leave to remain and both my kids are British citizens. Should I need to mention ’yes’ or ‘no’ to the question “If you and your child leave UK, do you have any extended family left back in your home country with whom you can live with” if yes provide their details.

Only you'd know the answer to that question.

Note that it is asking about "extended family". That, in UK parlance, would mean your parents, siblings, aunts and uncles, etc, not your spouse and children.
