I assume your uncle is doing really well back home. He's coming with an entourage. So his finances has to be in order.

You just need to send him an invitation letter, provide your data age of and evidence of immigration status, and an utility bill to show where you live.

I'm guessing no sponsorship help required, so that should suffice.
