Biometric passport upload? Fill or 1 page?

Hi, I am applying to change my husbands 10 year partner route to a 5 year partner route by FLR M.
His currently visa expires in December. As we are asking for another route would it be ok to apply now? He meets all criteria now.
Also, when filling out the form i get this question.

Your current permission to be in the UK
What type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other permission do you have to be in the UK?
Options are -

Visit
Work
Study
Family
Status under the EU Settlement Scheme
Settlement
Other

On his BRP card it just says work, would I need to check any others or any instead of work.

You mentioned he's on a 10 year partner route - wouldn't the last be a family route then, as his right to stay is linked to you, his family member?

Hi, just uploading my documents to the site for biometrics. It asks for mine and my husbands passports. I think I read somewhere I have to scan every page. Is this correct or do I just need the photo page? We are doing the FLR (M) route.

For applicant scan bionetric page and all others pages containing immigration history or records to UK.
For sponsor biometrics page of his passport sufficient
