Children Birth Certificates are registered after their birth of two years later

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help with that, I am applying for my family visas from Pakistan, I have just checked there is a question if someone can answer, my kids are born in 2017 and we registered their birth in 2019 after passing two years and what can I write in a letter to them why it is not registered same time, as there is no system in place where we can registered same time, when we need it we are doing those as for schooling.


one of my friend got refusal with same thing

State the truth of why children's birth was not registered as soon as possible after birth.
There was a man whose children's birth certificate was between 6 and 8years after their birth. After submission HO asked why, his response was there was no birth registry in their immediate vicinity in home country and it required money to be paid to.the government department which he did not have available at their time of birth. Academic records of progress was used in supporting it and visa was eventually granted.
