ILR TIER 2 GENERAL DEPENDENT

Hello,
I will be completing 5 years and ready to apply for me and my family as we all came and stayed together.
ques 1. Is it ok if I apply for my ILR first and get the ILR from super priorty route and later apply for my parther and children once I recieve ILR on standard route?
ques 2. My son is now 18 years old, is it mandatory to have him linked to my application or its still ok if he apply with my wife and younger child later?
ques 3. If I apply all of us together with priorty service and if there is query on anyone of us will the ILR be hold for all of us?

Reason for the question is I will be changing role and for that ILR is must.

1. Yes provided their visa have sufficient validity

2. All your dependents are dependent and linked to your visa status. Your dependents must either all apply with you or they all apply separately together after you. One dependent child cannot get ilr if the other parent is not applying. The rules dont allow this.

Note the fees are increasing in 4th october.

They only qualify for ilr if you get it if you all apply separately

You can do as you say but their applications will be held until yours is decided

Hello, my older son is above 18. since I am applying separately for my dependents shall I apply for my wife and younger son separate and my older son who is above 18 separately ? or I can apply for all 3 of them under 1 application.
