Not even a request for further documents. The issue I have is that, how do I prove my right to work? I will appreciate any suggestions please. I'm desperate now because my leave officially expired last week Thursday.
Hello, in regards to the further documents is bank statements included at all ?

Can any one advice as to how I can contact them to return my passports.
Hi you will have to use passport return form, some were lucky to have their passport returned without asking, but is better you formally request for it.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2023 3:15 pmNo fast track on it, you waited till decision, it seems you will exercise a bit of patience more.kofi75 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 28, 2023 3:09 pmMy application has been decided and I have received my biometric cards but unfortunately the home

Third extension Parent of 2 British Children.
Second extension expired in Feb 2023.
Fee waiver in time application submitted in Jan 23.
Additional documents requested in Feb 2023.
Fee waiver granted end of March 2023.
Application was made same day end of March 23.
Appointment for Biometrics booked for April the 6th in Croydon.
On the day of the appointment during screening I was asked to submit further proof that the both children lives with me and I was asked to submit it through a link before 20th of April 23, I got Gp letter and it was sent the same week.
And my solicitor sent me the Granted email yesterday
The 14th of sept.
Took about 5months and a week extra.
Good luck everyone.

Submitted: 09 Sept 2023
Biometrics: 29 Sept 2023
Decision: Hopefully by Jan/Feb 2024 looking at the timelines
Time line thread
Can anyone please tell me if after the biometrics do we receive a confirmation email from the Home Office as proof that the application has been submitted ? I only received an email from UKVCAS. Thanks
No you do not have to be separated from the other parent to depend on the child/children and regardless of your relationship with the other parent as long you are named on the birth certificate, and you can prove you are in the British child life either living together or not but you have custody and you are present like school runs, shopping, family events together, gp appointments, parents school meeting and so on.wacas101 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 1:24 pmMany Congratulations!!Tinumo wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2023 5:57 amGranted Email Alert!!!.

If I may ask? To be on the parent route do you have to be separated from your partner?
