Missing approval email for Naturalisation

Hi

I didn't receive the approval email from Homeoffice but my husband received, while we both applied on the same reference. When we called Council for ceremony, the confirmed they have both of our certificates, but they want to see approval email to attend the ceremony.

How do we approach Homeoffice to get the approval email? is there any contact number? the email address is very slow in response, we have our next availability for ceremony in 3 days so would be looking for quick turnaround from Home office..

Any advice is appreciated.
