Dependent to skilled worker

Hi

I have few questions, please help me to understand the following questions

1)What will be the maximum time the Primary skilled worker visa holder stay outside the country?

2)Can the secondary(dependent) travel to UK while the primary is still outside the UK(got the job)

3) Moved out of UK more than a month before- will there be any issue with the immigration if secondary lands in UK and the dependent is still outside UK.
