Thank U Benifa

Post by Delaine » Sat Dec 13, 2008 3:44 pm

Havent been on here in a little while, but thank u Benifa for taking the time to answer my queries. If you don't mind, yes, I will have a few more queries..probably mainly related to, am I going to Dublin or Cork! Can't quite decide. But actually 1 thing that worries me a little is, hope I am not accused of marriage of convenience. Sorry am pessimistic at times when it comes to immigration authorities. I hear they have a 2 year rule. I have been with my partner for 2 yrs+, but at time of going to Ireland will only have been married for 3 months. So, I am wondering...

Hi DeeCee. Your original post was here.

There is no 2 year rule to speak of, with regards the length of time you and your husband have been married. Worry not!
