IELTS result and ecctris(NARIC) for health care worker visa

Hi everyone,
I have my IELTS result (attained required band score) and applied for Health Care visa. However, I ticked YES when i was asked if I have a UK equivalent degree (because I have a degree).
Now I am required to upload ectriss/NARIC certificate and I don't have nor plan to obtain it. Can I just upload my IELTS like that? What should I do? Won't my visa application be rejected? I have already made payment and booked appointment but I haven't done my biometrics.
