SET O versus SET M

Post by Civa » Tue Oct 10, 2023 8:54 pm

Dear all,
I hope that you are well.

I am certain that this is a straightforward answer, but my anxiety is getting the better of me.

I was settled (ILR) last year through Tier 2/skilled worker visa. My wife just completed 5 years of
being Tier 2 dependent on my previous Tier 2 leave to remain and we started her's application. However, I was slightly confused by some question and started wondering if using SET O forms is correct?
Should we use the Set O forms and not the Set M ones? When it comes to the questions about CoS, should I just use previous ones that were issued and indicate that I had the Tier 2/skilled worker visa before, even though I have ILR now?

Thank you in advance for your help and I am sorry for likely duplicating previous questions, but I could not find this specific topic in the history of posts.

Your wife should use SET(O) and enter details of your last CoS.
