Acknowledgement email from UKVI after biometrics appointment

Hi,

I attended my UKVCAS biometrics last week and got a confirmation that the supporting information has been submitted to UKVI.

Would you also get an official acknowledgement email from UKVI? I see that some people get an auto-generated email to confirm receipt of the supporting information, but I haven't received it so far.

Some applicants receive one email, others two emails, some none at all. Can be "hit or miss"....
But I wouldn't worry (and of course UKVI did acknowledge your payment!).

Thanks for the advice. Very true indeed UKVI did take and acknowledge payment!

I guess I just have to be patient for the 6-month wait...
