Of the cases on hand, 4,210 have received a positive decision and are now in the process of making their final payment or being scheduled to attend a ceremony. Does anyone know how long it takes from ‘Application process completed’ to ‘Disclosure Viewed’ on the NVB tracking web? Mine progressed to Application process completed since 03/10/2023, but disclosure isn’t viewed by ISD yet.

All, I revisited the NVB website out of curiosity and noticed that my download has expired, but the disclosure has been viewed. Is it normal that the download expires in one month?

And they are planning to hold seven more sessions in December.

“In parallel with the measures being taken to improve processing, the Deputy will be glad to know that more of the very successful citizenship ceremonies are being held this year, with ten having taken place so far and an additional seven planned for December.”

It is normal. They can't keep everyone's disclosures on the system forever.

This still constitutes a two-day ceremony. Given the current backlog, a monthly ceremony should be held to clear the backlog. They must digitalise their communication methods more. Sending emails is much quicker and easier than typing, printing, and posting a letter.

I thought there was a light at the end of the tunnel when my vetting was completed, but it's been over 07 weeks and I still haven't received the letter, and there are people in the May 22 batch who haven't even received the NVB link.

I got my letter today but its not necessarily an approval letter it just says that the minister proposes to grant me citizenship subject to the completion of the application process and that if my application is successful the next letter will be an invite to the ceremony ? Is this the same for everybody ?

Please move your question to the appropriate thread - this is eVetting discussion.
It was asked just today, see post2132903.html#p2132903

No-one has enough data to know typical (ie mathematical average) times as this is likely to differ after each ceremony as they change the process. We’ve seen reports from 4 weeks to 16 weeks on this forum from previous ceremonies. I think it’s not even worth actively monitoring/ expending energy until 8 weeks have passed. Even then, there’s nothing you can really do to speed it up.

Anyone who submitted the application in the second half of 2022 still hasn’t received the NVB link?

Yes. All disclosures expire after 30 days. This is mentioned on the evetting web page and on their FAQ. It’s normal
