Hello, i am applying naturalisation through ilr + 1 and encountered this question.
have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

Does it include the ILR application I made and the Tier 2 visa i used to be ILR ?

Also, 21- 23 years ago i entered UK to work for one year as intra company employee + 3 more separate business trips. All succesful, legal and followed dates allowed. I still have all the visa stamps in my old passport but can no longer find my application ref and date of application. At that time all applications were made personally and no online submissions also cant remember if finger prints were given. It says answer if only known but that would leave me answering only name and place of application. Can i write dowm visa ref instead and only month and year? Thank you

To make it clear, for the year 2000 i worked as intra-company employee i can write it down and state only visa number or work number instead of application ref?

The business trips from 2001-2002 i dont need to mention?

The business trips from 2001-2002 i dont need to mention? Did you have to apply for a work visa or visitor visa - business trips are normally covered by visitor visa - if so no need to disclose. If work visa then yes.

For the business trips, looking at the visa stamps it says visitor .

I now listed my work permit number written on my visa stamped in my old passport instead of application reference and approximate month and year as my date of application.

Ok another tricky question for me, in my ilr application me and my agent wrote the date when i first worked as tier 2 in 2015 as part of my ilr rather than the old intra company date in 2000 for the question first arrived in the UK.

Now do i still have to put thesame dates i put in my ILR application to my naturalisation application?

Edit: looking at the question again, it was asking for the date related for my residency requirements hence why my agent chose the Tier 2 arrival instead of the old work arrival in 2000. Is this logical this time again?

"First arrived the UK" is about when you came to the UK long-term. So a one year visa five years prior wasn't long-term.
It's best to go with the facts as you know them now - suggest you go with 2015. Haven't see this particular point as an issue for the naturalisation application (which is not an immigration application).

Me, my wife and children are all applying at the same time and using one account for naturalisation.

I am now finished filling up my application and for my children i encountered this question. Simple but little bit tricky for me.

“are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form?”

With our given circumstances above is the answer Yes or No?

AN (adult naturalisation) form is what you have completed an an adult so the answer is YES - note that for the children (under 18) you are filling in a form MN1 - the system has adjusted to that form. Confusing I know ...

Can me and my children both have the same referees? Or child need to have referee who handled them on professional level like teacher?

Normally you need a professional who works with the child such as teacher or nurse. However, many are reluctant due to data security concerns. UKVI are aware of this and if you can’t find an appropriate referee the adult referees will be accepted. But write an explanation why it’s a problem.

Yes, i find it hard to find one. I remember asking one of my child’s teachers for her disability application and she didn’t answer. I will still try to find one if not would settle for the same referees.

Could also be dated after the submission as you load documents after you submitted/paid.

I do have another inquiry. My wife 2nd referee is a professional but is not a UK passport holder/British citizen. May I confirm if this is fine as it states any nationality for 2nd referee? Is there an additional requirement or document to present? Thank yoy

If it's stated in the guidance (government issued!) then it will be fine - all referee needs to do is to read, sign and date the form.

Professional referee can be of any nationality. But of course, make sure that they are actually professionals.

So, for instance, if they are professionals because they are a doctor or an engineer, they need to be registered with the relevant regulatory body.

Merely working as an engineer or having an engineering degree will not cut it.
