British Citizen - spouse Dependant visa requirement

Hi Team,

I am a British Citizen, I would like to know the requirements and process to bring my wife.

Wife details
Nationality : Indian
Residing in: Georgia [Student Visa - final year]

I have a couple of queries, could you please help

1) Is it Possible to apply for a spouse visa from Georgia?
2) Does my wife have to go through the 5-year route to get Citizen or ILR
3) Is the English test still mandatory for the dependent visa?

Your wife can apply from Georgia. She can apply from anywhere that she's legally resident.
