UK STUDENT PRIORITY VISA DELAY

Hey, My name is [REDACTED]. I have applied for a student visa opting for priority service on 8 September. In September intake I got my place at the University of[REDACTED]. Today, it's been 40 days I haven't heard from UKVI. I got an email on 9 September that my application is non-straightforward.

I did 5 paid inquiries and got my case escalated on the 25 September, I received mail from Sheffield Student Team Escalation that my application is non-straightforward, which I already knew!

I waited for another fifteen days to re-escalate my application but I did not hear anything from them yet! My university gave me a last deadline of 23 October & I don't think they will send me my visa by then!

Ukvi just gave me mental stress and, a waste of time, I got lots of financial & academic loss. They left me speechless as I might lose my seat in university as well as the fee I submitted to send my application.

Have you complained? Can you defer your course to, for example, January intake?
