Contract/Permanant roles in Skilled Worked Visa

Hi Team,

I have below questions in UK Skilled Worker visa category, can you please help me to address it.

If I get a visa sponsorship from Limited Company (Not Umbrella Company)

1/ Am I authorized to do the contract role in Bank sector (Like Lloyds bank/Natwest etc ) in skilled worked visa? [Outside IR 35]

2/ Can I take permanent roles job in Outside IR 35 Category? and if I can what is the minimum Salary cap I have to get?
