I currently have a Tier 2 (general) visa since 2018/11/20 so I just started to fill in the form for Indefinite leave to remain online.
However, the online application only offers 'Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson' to choose from when asking 'Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain'. However, when I picked Tier 2, there is no option for Tier 2 (general). I am very confused.
Should I choose skilled worker visa instead? But I am holding a Tier 2 (general) visa. I know skilled worker visa has replaced Tier 2 (general) but now I am worried if I can choose skilled worker directly?Many thanks in advance for your kind advice for my silly question as I am not sure if I can still apply for ILR with a valid Tier 2 (General) visa.
