Dependants - Qualification of ILR query

Hi,

My husband is eligible for ILR this year ( as he is in skilled Worker visa for 5 years since 2018).

Myself and my kid moved to Skilled worker dependant under my husband's visa since 2019 to till now ( 4 years so far).

Wanted to check whether under any clause we (myself and my son) are eligible for ILR too along with my husband this year based on our previous visa category/history as below, as we are here in UK since 2015 though under different visa category as below

Myself - Tier 2 ICT visa from 2015 to 2019 ( Main applicant)
My kid - Tier 2 ICT visa dependant from 2015 to 2019
Myself and Kid - Tier 2 Skilled worker visa dependant since 2019 to till now

No you and the child do not qualify for ilr now with your spouse.

You need 5 years on the dependent visa before you can apply for ilr.

Your child only qualifies for ilr when you do.
