Biometrics submitted but no acknowledgement from UKVI

Hi Guys, I submitted my biometrics and supporting documents via UKVAS and I was told I will get acknowledgement email from Home office same day but been days now and I still havent received any.

Should I contact UKVAS or UKVI?

UKVCAS is no longer involved its in UKVI hands now.
As for acknowledgments it’s hit or miss, some applicants never get one, others get one in a week or two, some get it within the hour.
If there’s a problem they will contact you.

I didn't receive an acknowledgement from UKVI that they received my documents - only from UKVCAS on the day I submitted my biometric data and all my documents were submitted. Nothing from UKVI until I got my approval. If UKVI need anything they will get in touch.
