ILR - Super Priority Delay(Additional Docs requested)

Application: ILR Set(O) Super Priority
Application Submitted: 18th Oct 2023
Documents Uploaded: 18th Oct 2023
Bio-Metrics Given: 19th Oct 2023
Delay email: 20th Oct 2023
Additional Docs requested: 23rd Oct 2023
Additional Docs submitted: 23rd Oct 2023

Its been more than 10 working days after submitting additional documents, still no update or application decision or requesting any other documents. Any help is really appreciated thanks in advance.

Also in delay email "If we do not receive anything within 10 days we will make a decision on the information we already have." Given that, i would expect case worker to review my application in 10days time to verify docs and come to conclusion. Any thoughts ?
Raised a complaint today, If someone can provide an emailId to contact ukvi regarding this, would be highly appreciated.

This is not what they're saying. It means "if you don't give us documents in 10 days, we will proceed with what we have"; the decision process isn't meant to be 10days.

There's nothing really for you but wait. Priority service isn't guaranteed.
