Additional hours on skilled worker visa

Hi guys,

Regarding working additional hours on my Skilled Worker visa (Health and Care visa), can I exceed the 20 hours weekly restriction when I work bank shifts with my sponsoring NHS Trust who is also my main employer.

The bank shifts will be in the same role that I am being sponsored for.
