I planning to apply for Tier 1 this month

My Salary deposits have been made on the following dates with a bonus being paid on the 8th of December

27 December 2007
26 January 2008
27 February 2008
27 March 2008
25 April 2008
27 May 2008
27 June 2008
29 July 2008
26 August 2008
26 September 2008
25 October 2008
29 November 2008
08 December 2008

Am I right in claiming for the period 9th Dec 2007 - 8 Dec 2008

Best of what i understand:

You can claim points for past earnings for any 12 months out of 15. In the case you have shown, it looks like its 13 months.... you will have to let go of the december month in which you have received a lesser amount.

This is just a suggestion.....

If you dont make enough points by leaving out Dec 2007...then wait for your Dec 08 salary to be credited..and then claim from jan to Dec 2008.
