Hello,

I got a job soon after completing my masters and the company has just now taken license to sponsor me.

They said they have processed my case as a Sales Engineer for a tenure of 3 years and paid the necessary amount, and received a Reference Number also. Am assuming it is CoS number. The company is doing all this for the 1st time and hence unsure how to proceed, and has asked me how to take it forward.

Even am unsure about the next steps.

With the assumption that it is CoS number, my doubts are as below:

1. how can i proceed to apply for a visa?

2. I checked the UKVI website, i saw instructions about the step by step process, but i was unable to find a particular link which takes me to any application form or a space where I can enter my CoS number and take things forward and apply for a VISA.

3. What would be the cost for applying VISA for my wife and child who will be my dependents?

Some support on this matter would be highly appreciated.

You can not proceed based on assumption. Be sure what your company has obtained; if it is a CoS it will have onto of it under UK Visas and Immigration the heading Certificate of Sponsorship Details. It is not that hard.
