ILR Dependant - Set (O)

Post by Saterp » Wed Nov 22, 2023 5:31 pm

Dear Forum, Thanks a lot for your Support as always!

I need your guidance on ILR dependent application. I have been granted ILR status last year and applying for ILR for my wife and daughter.

I have question about My wife’s absences. I have marked YES to the following questions in the Set (O) application:
• Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
• Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Question is do I need to report absences from August 2017 or Feb 2022?
Below are her Leave to remain details:
Wife:
First enter the UK: 17th August 2017,
1st BRP validity: 04-08-2017 to 15 -07- 2020
2nd BRP validity: 18-11-2020 to 14-04-2022
3rd BRP validity: 28- 02- 2022 to 14 -04-2024

Best Regards,

You report all absences from 2nd BRP validity which is 18-11-2020. That is the first leave granted after 11 Jan 2018
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
