Dependant Child

Hi Team, Currently I am on IC Transfer Leave to Remain status with children as dependants, as of now my BRP is valid for couple more months.
My current employer contract is going to end soon need to travel back. my query is that my spouse is having skilled worker visa sponsorship planning to switch myself as dependant to my wife first and then children later on expiry of their dependant visa from my IC Transfer visa to PBS dependant child. is that accepted as I am going to be dependant to my spouse and children are on the IC Transfer dependant.

are my children legal to stay on my IC Dependant child visa whilst I am converting to skilled worker visa dependent in my spouse route or do I need to make application for my children switch also along with mine?
