Extension Application Doubts: Help Please

Hi All,

I got my HSMP approval on 26 SEPT 2006 (before 7 NOV 2006) and hence I come under JR rules; and I am using FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) application. I am currently in UK. I have following doubts; your guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated.

1. It seems the application requires Policy Registration Certificates (PRCs): Are these compulsery? What are those? I dont have those; is it possible to get those this late in game?

2. I have rented a house in UK. I have rented if from a letting agency. One of the question asked is: whether the house is:
a. Rented from a local authosity by you?
b. Privately rented by you?

Given that I have rented it from a letting agency, what should my answer be?

3. I have all the necessary evidences but 2 payslips. I have obtained the copies of two missing payslips on company letter-head and have them signed by HR. Will that do?

to answer your questions:

1 - if you were not reqyuired previously to register with police then you are ok.

2 - it should be (b) privately rented.

3 - yes. bank statements and paylisp will be ok as proof.

I am not sure if I was required to register with policeor not. How do I know that I was not?

good question. when you arrived here in the Uk did the immigration officer at the airport handed you a note advising you to register with the local police? If the answer is no then you don't need it.
