HELP PLS Decision Refusal, Start/End Date academic not given

Hi,

PLEASE HELP!! I followed the help guide exactly!

I've just recieved my letter from HO today, which has been refused due to the following reasons:

1. Institution of Study - Evidence provided does not include Start and End date. (I supplied a letter from university with the required details on it. However, the Help form did not state that I should include Start and End dates!!) - 0 points awarded due to this.

2. Immigration Status - Evidence provided does not include Start and End date. (I supplied a letter from university with the required details on it. However, the Help form did not state that I should include Start and End dates!!) - 0 points awarded due to this.

3. English Language - Failed to score 75 points because of the above and no other supporting evidence (The help guidance stated that if applying with an English academic qualification, there is no need to attach any other supporting documentation) - 0 points awarded.

Please can anyone give me any advice of how I should progress my appeal?
