My wife (foreign national) and I (UK Citizen) have been living together in the UK since June 2021 and she's on a UK spouse visa. Her visa expires in early Jan 2024 and we're in the process of applying for a renewal i.e. FLR (M). I have come across the section on evidencing cohabitation over the period we have stayed together so would just like to check if the below would suffice.
We have lived at two addresses over the last 2.5 years - Property 1 for 21 months and Property 2 for the past 9 months and will continue to live here for the next 2 years at least.
We have three bank accounts - Bank 1 (joint account), Bank 2 and Bank 3 are individual accounts for each of us
Here's the list of docs that we are looking to provide:
Aug 2021 - Joint account statement from Bank 1
Sep 2021 - Tenancy agreement for Property 1 in my name only, along with a Deed of Assignment adding my wife to the existing tenancy signed by both of us, the landlord and the letting agency as witnesses at the time
Dec 2021 - Individual Bank Statements for each of us from Bank 2
Mar 2022 - Yearly council tax bill for Property 1 in both our names as joint account holders
Jul 2022 - Joint account statement from Bank 1
Nov 2022 - Individual Bank Statements for each of us from Bank 3
Jan 2023 - Joint Tenancy agreement for Property 2 with both our names on the contract
Mar 2023 - Yearly council tax bill for Property 2 in both our names as joint account holders
Jul 2023 - Individual Bank Statements for each of us from Bank 2
Sep 2023 - Vodafone mobile bills for each of us showing new address at Property 2
Nov 2023 - Individual Bank Statements for each of us from Bank 3
Our visa application will be mid December 2023.
Apologies if the above is a bit long winded, but will the above suffice as cohabiting evidence? We are providing multiple sources and only using 2 correspondences from each source e.g. different bank accounts, council tax bills, mobile bills, tenancy agreements etc.
If needed we can provide a NINO letter my wife received some time in 2021 and some energy bills in my name but not sure if needed.
Thank you very much for any advice!
