Question regarding travel

I came to Ireland on 6th of September and applied for IRP on 14th of September. I have a flight on 10th of December 2023 and I will be coming back to Ireland on 12th of January 2024. My passport has been stamped and in there I have permission to stay until 6th of December 2023 which marks the 3rd month on my arrival. As of today I am still waiting for an appointment date for the IRP. I have a multi entry visa which is valid until February 2024. My question is that can I travel out of Ireland and comeback after the date 6th December 2023 or do I have to stay back in Ireland until I get my IRP? What other solutions do I have? Do I apply for a new visa? Any help is very much appreciated.

go to Burgh Quay office in Dublin in the morning and ask for emergency appointment. this is the safest and quickest option.
