Skilled Worker Visa Switch - Dependent Kids

Hi

I was granted a Skilled Worker Visa by employer for 5 years(until September 2026). My employer has made me redundant this year so I have to switch to Skilled Worker dependent visa as my wife's employer has agreed to sponsor her.

Our new visas will start from January 2024 until January 2027(3 year visa). My question is that can we do the application just for me and my wife now and do the kids applications later? Will my kids visas still remain valid on my current Skilled Worker visa(until September 2026) and can I do their visas switch in 2026 and make them dependent on the mother visa?

Please suggest.
