ILR SET (O) - statements / payslip dates

Post by Batman87 » Wed Nov 29, 2023 5:25 pm

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I messed up but would love advice from you knowledgeable folk.

Applying for set (o) ilr through skilled worker visa 5-yr route. I submitted my online application on 12/11 (DD/MM) and have a biometric appointment soon. I uploaded my latest payslip at the time (31/10) but did not get a bank statement with that payslip deposited until 22/11. Upon further inspection of the forum, it seems like this could be an issue. I think I have a few options:

- submit 31/10 payslip and 22/11 statement.
- submit 31/10 payslip and 30 days transaction statement with 31/10 being latest date. The print out will show today's date on top so I don't think this is of use.
- submit both 31/10 and 30/09 payslips and both 22/11 and 22/10 bank statements.
- withdraw application and start again.

On withdrawal, is there minimum amount of time I have to withdraw before my appointment to get a full refund? The gov UK material I've read doesn't indicate any minimum time but just checking..

Thank you for your help

You may be able to upload supporting documents up to 48 hours before the biometrics appointment. Otherwise a document scanning/upload service is normally available at the UKVCAS service point - for a fee - on the date of your appointment.

I don't think this will be an issue and no need to withdraw. UKVI will assess the payslips and bank statements with the information by the date of your application. If they require additional documents they will contact you.

I do not what you read but do NOT withdraw. There is no issue as the payslip is dated before the date of the application. The date on the bank statement does not matter
