Further leave to remain relationship

Post by FazzyWaz » Thu Nov 30, 2023 7:10 pm

I submitted my husbands application today. However after submitting, I think I made an error. Concerning our periods living together

The timeline of our marriage is as follows:

1. 25th November 2019 - wedding
2. 25th Nov to 6th Dec - we were together in India
3. 7th Dec to 10th Jan 2020- I came back to the UK
4. 11th Jan to 19th March 2020 - we were together in India
5. 20th March to 31 March 2021 - we were apart due to pandemic
6. 31 March to present lived together in UK

The questions that concern me are as follows:

'when did you start living together in a relationship?' - I wrote March 2021 ( when he moved to the UK). Should I have put down 25th November as we lived together in India. In our initial spouse visa application, I wrote that we lived together during this time. Will it be ok if I explain this time period via our supporting statements or should I withdraw and reapply?

In the current application, there was also the question 'details of periods we haven't lived together' - I forgot to mention the month after our marriage that I came back to the UK...7th Dec 2020 to 11th Jan 2020

I'm not sure if I am overthinking this. But I am stressed out. Please could provide me with some advice.
We haven't attended an appt yet. If I withdraw, will I get a full refund? Can I reapply straight away?

I emailed the home office via an email address they provided if "you have submitted incorrect information in your online application and you need to change it" - Not sure how this works - will they be able to change it as I have provided all the dates and the information.

It should be OK to explain in a cover letter and upload with other supporting documents.
