I assume, delay was caused by me submitting my Fellowship certificate from ACCA as proof of English language requirement and after realising my mistake I took the GESE test on 15th of Nov and sent the result/certificate along with a letter of explaination on 21st of Nov to all the email addresses for UKVI and nationality team and also posted the same to Liverpool (without them asking for it) and within two days my application was approved.

Still waiting for official HO email so I can book my ceremony.
