2 months short for ILR 10 yr route

Hello,

I would like to apply for the ILR 10 year route but I have 3 months shorts, here is my visa history

07/2014 Working Holiday
04/2016 Spouse visa
11/2018 Tier 2
11/2021 Spouse visa

and the current one will be expire in May 2024. so I have a 2 months gap. Am I still eligible to apply for the 10 year ILR please if anyone knows?

You may have to apply for a spouse visa extension, delay the biometrics and then vary your application to ILR.
