ILR VISA OR EXTENSION PLEASE URGENT ATTENTION

Hi I need urgent help for family members presently are with me in UK as family visa is finishing in 14.12.2023
I bring my family in UK on entrepreneur visa I recd ILR in 2020 and also recd passport in Jan 2021
I have 1 baby born in UK and have UK passport.
1. My family ( 3 kids and wife) came to UK as dependent on my entrepreneur dependant visa recd visa start from 23.1.2019 and came to Uk in 18.2.2019. now my family visa is finishing in 14.12.2023. where as 5 yrs are completing 23.1.2024. could you please guide me. Can I apply for ILR for my family from 14.12.2023 or I ll have to go for one more extension.
2. My son whose date of birth is 24.12.2005. he will be 18 yrs on this coming birthday. Can I apply for him on 14.12.2023 for ILR too. As HE is also completing his 5 yrs with other dependants dt 23.1.2023.

You need to clarify if they changed their visa to family visa. BEcause if you did, theiryears of stay have started from scratch when they recieved family visa and will not qualify for ILR for another few years.

They need 5 years on one type of visa (in this case, either PBS dependant or family visa) to be eligible for ILR.

If they are on the same type of visa, you can apply for their ILR while their visa is valid and delay biometric appointments until they're eligible, which would be 5 years minus 28 days (UKVI concession); for safety sake, biometric date in January will do the trick.

I recd my ILR on Entrepreneur business visa 50k rout. I received my ILR in 10 Jan .2020
I brought 3 kids and wife in 18.2.2019 on above visa
3 kids and wife visa recd in 23.01. 2019 with extension of 2nd visa its finishing 14.12.2023 where as 5 yrs are finishing 23.01.2024
Out of three 1 kid is turning 18 yrs in 24.12.2024.
my question is
1.Can I apply for ILR as 5 yrs completion still have 40 days period left.
2 Can i apply for ILR with same application including oldest son. as he is turning 18 and as 5 yrs is still not completing.
3 or I need separate application as he he is Turing (17 years 11 months 14 days) 18 yrs on 24.12.23

1) As I said, you can apply for their ILR before their visa expires, delay their biometrics until early January (or past it) and that will result for their application being decided when they qualify for ILR.
2) I'm not sure but I think you're fine applying for him now, before he's 18.

I AM APPLYING WITH ILR NOW JUST TO CONFIRM WILL THAT BE OKAY FOR MY ELDER SON (17 years 11 months 14 days OLD) DO I NEED HIS ENGLISH AND LIFE IN THE UK. THOUGH HE HAS GCSC FROM HERE UK AND STUDYING IN ONE OF PRESTIGEOUS GRAMMER COLLEGE.

As long as the person is below 18, no. You must apply using form SET(O) and all the children can be added to the same application
