I should know the answer to this as I've done it before but just want to double check.
My wife is applying for FLR. If her current visa expires 20th December she will need to complete the online form and payment before this date? Her documents can be uploaded at a later date (not before 20 December) Basically if the form is completed and payment took before the visa expires than that's her application submitted?

Her documents can be uploaded at a later date Yes, before or by her biometrics appointment (not before 20 December) Basically if the form is completed and payment took before the visa expires than that's her application submitted? Yes
