I got new job but first wages is pro rota paid around £1030 wages of 2.5 weeks, my job is non salaried 37.5 hours and second wage I got full payment of my working. To pass first test my average gross salary calculation apply £1030+£1862/1.5x 12? I meet total income of £18600 on my past 12 months. I have one part time non salaried job since 2021 on average earning of £300/month can I use this income towards my financial requirements meeting first section where not working with same employer of past 6 months?

How much money have you earned over the last 12 months in total ?

Then you do not need to even include your part-time job. You satisfy the two parts requirement under category B. your current annualised salary is above the threshold and you made enough over the 12 months

Only concern I may have about my earning that first wage is 1030 which is pro rota will they consider it as 1/2 month or full month
on second pay slip i got 1862 if i add £1030 +£1862/2 x12=£17352 I just need clarification on this calculation will it be dividend by 2 or 1.5?

Depends on how you get paid (daily, weekly or monthly):
(Total gross income from non-salaried employment in the period prior to the date of
application for which that employment has been held) divided by the number of
months and multiplied by 12 (or by the number of weeks and multiplied by 52 where
payment is weekly, or by the number of days and multiplied by 365 where payment
is daily) = Income from non-salaried employment that can be counted towards the
financial requirement.
